How many guests can Casa Brio accommodate?+
Casa Brio sleeps up to 10 guests. There are 4 luxury bedroom suites — 2 with fixed king beds and 2 that can be made up as kings or as twins — plus a media room that converts to a twin fifth bedroom. The villa is at its best with 8 guests, when the media room stays what it was designed to be: a cosy, air-conditioned movie hideaway. Rooms are made up for a maximum of 2 people; three to a room is not something we do. The whole house is reserved for one group at a time, so the 21-metre pool, the living pavilion and the rooftop terrace are yours alone.
What is included in a stay at Casa Brio?+
Exclusive use of the whole villa — all 4 suites, the media room, the 21-metre pool, the living pavilion and the rooftop terrace, with no other guests on the property. Breakfast is cooked in the villa every morning and included in the rate. The resident team is on hand from early morning until late at night, a security guard is on site 24 hours a day, and unlimited WiFi and daily housekeeping come as standard. The staff will also cook simple lunches; you pay only for the groceries, at cost price plus a 20% handling fee. Arranged on request and charged separately: a chef brought in from outside for a special dinner or an in-villa barbecue, in-villa spa treatments, and a car with driver. Rates are quoted for the house, never per room, and the ++ beside a rate is 15.5% Indonesian government tax and service charge.
How much does a night at Casa Brio cost?+
From US$780++ per night in low season for exclusive use of the whole villa, including daily breakfast and the resident staff. The rate is for the house, never per room. The ++ is 15.5% Indonesian government tax and service charge, added to the quoted figure; high and peak seasons cost more. The from-rate covers up to 8 guests, with a per-guest supplement for a ninth and tenth. The minimum stay is 3 nights in every season, and stays of 10 nights or longer are discounted 15%. How do I book Casa Brio directly?+
Casa Brio is booked directly with its management company, Exotic Hideaways — WhatsApp +62 812 3739 1833 or email reservation@exotic-hideaways.com. There is no booking form and no call centre: you are talking to the team that runs the villa day to day, many of whom have been with it for more than ten years. Booking direct also means no intermediary is taking a commission on top of your nightly rate.
What are the payment terms and the cancellation policy?+
A 50% deposit secures the villa for bookings made more than 45 days before arrival, with the balance due 45 days before you check in. For bookings made inside 45 days, the full amount is payable to secure the reservation. Payments are non-refundable: if you cancel a confirmed booking the deposit is not returned, and travel insurance is the usual protection against having to. Rates are quoted ++, meaning 15.5% Indonesian government tax and service charge is added to the figure you are shown. The villa's published Terms & Conditions govern the booking in full and prevail over any summary, including this one.
Why should I book direct?+
Because you are dealing with the people who run the house. We help you plan and customise your stay — dates, airport transfers, the chef, a celebration — and we guarantee the best rate: we will match any legitimate rate you find that is lower, and we can offer discounts and inclusions an intermediary cannot. Booking direct also means no third party is taking a commission on top of your nightly rate. WhatsApp +62 812 3739 1833 or email reservation@exotic-hideaways.com.
How many bedrooms does Casa Brio have?+
Casa Brio has 4 luxury bedroom suites, and a fifth room that converts. The beds: 2 fixed kings, and 2 that can be made up as kings or as twins. All 4 are air-conditioned and ensuite — the garden-level master opens straight onto the pool and has a circular terrazzo bath in a courtyard of its own, while the upper-level master keeps a daybed alcove and a terrace with 180-degree views over the rooftops. Both garden-level suites open directly onto the pool deck. The fifth space is the media room: a cosy, air-conditioned movie hideaway beside the villa’s temple, which can be set up as a twin bedroom with its own shower room for a ninth and tenth guest. It is not a luxury suite, and at 8 guests we would rather you kept it as a TV room.
