This helps Exotic Hideaways improve the information offered to guests. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages visited, the approximate location of the visitor, the type of device and browser used, and the website or search that referred the visitor. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
This website also uses advertising cookies from Google and from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These allow Exotic Hideaways to measure which adverts lead to enquiries, and to show adverts for Casa Brio to people who have already visited this website. Live Chat on this Website
This website offers a chat window so that you can ask questions and request a price without sending an email. The chat is provided on our behalf by Bebo Work, a service operated by Bebo Studio.
If you open the chat and type a message, what you type is sent to Bebo Work and stored there. The chat will ask for your name, email address and telephone number so that the team can reply to your enquiry, and a telephone number must be given before your details can be submitted. You do not have to use the chat — you are welcome to enquire by email or WhatsApp instead, and you can read the villa’s rates and information without entering anything.
Replies in the chat are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, not written by a person, unless and until the conversation is passed to the villa team. To produce those replies, what you type is sent to the artificial-intelligence provider that Bebo Work uses for this purpose. That provider is currently Anthropic, and if it is unavailable the request may instead be sent to OpenAI or to Google.
A record of the conversation, including anything you type and any contact details you give, is kept by Bebo Work and can be read by Exotic Hideaways and by Bebo Work staff who support the service. It is used to answer and follow up your enquiry. It is not sold, and it is not used to show you advertising. There is no fixed period after which chat records are deleted: they are kept for as long as they may be needed in connection with your enquiry and any stay that follows. You may ask for a record of your conversation to be deleted, using the contact details at the end of this policy.
If your enquiry moves to WhatsApp, that conversation is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy rather than this one. Bebo Work and the artificial-intelligence providers named above may store and process this information on servers outside your country of residence.
