  1. Rates are inclusive of 15.5% government taxes and service charges – Rates include complimentary daily breakfast – 15% discount is offered on stays of 14 days or longer.
  2. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been made in accordance with our payment terms. A representative will contact you shortly to answer any questions and send you a secure payment link.
  3. For bookings more than 75 days in advance a deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due 75 days before check-in.
  4. For bookings less than 75 days in advance full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  5. All villa bedrooms are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted in common areas. Smoking in bedrooms will incur a deep cleaning and deodorizing charge of US$250 per bedroom.
  6. The ground floor areas and bedrooms are handicap accessible by ramps. Bedroom 3 has grab bars in the bathroom for disabled guests. All showers admit standard wheelchairs.
  7. Check-in time is 1400h and check-out time is 1200 noon.
  8. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the villa must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking.
  9. The Villa disclaims any liability for loss of or damage to personal property, as well as any injury sustained by guests or any person residing at or visiting the Villa. This also applies to any activities or tours arranged during the stay.
  10. The Villa shall not be held liable for such loss, damage, or injury, whether resulting from the actions or negligence of the Villa, its staff, employees, or agents.

  1. When you contact us, subscribe for updates or make a booking to stay at the villa we undertake to keep your data private.
  2. We do not sell your personal data, use security measures to protect your information and never share it with third parties without your consent.

Payment Policy

  1. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been made in accordance with our payment terms. A representative will contact you shortly to answer any questions and send you a secure payment link.

  1. 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 75 days before check-in.
  2. 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 75 days before check-in.
  3. 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before check-in or in the case of no-show.
